Community Outreach

SVA-PAH has partnered with a number of local non-profits in the Hampton Roads area. SVA-PAH is a 501(c)(3) non-profit public charity, and as such, donations are tax deductible. We work with the following non-profits:

• LGBT Life Center a trusted leader that strengthens the LGBTQ+ communities and all individuals living with HIV through improving health and wellness, supporting families and community, and providing transformative education and advocacy.

• Back 2 School to help low income families in need with school supplies

• The Lamia House to help trans persons who may be facing homelessness 

• Transgender Assistance Program of Virginia (TAP VA) is an all volunteer, trans led  501(c)(3) non-profit  organization created to end homelessness within the transgender community in Virginia

• Seven City Sisters is a group of queer/trans secular nuns who use humor and wit to spread joy and drive out stigmatic guilt.
